INGREDIENTS
•2 cups Fresh, Green peas
•1 teaspoon crushed garlic
•¼ cup fresh lime juice
•½ teaspoon ground cumin
•1 tomato, chopped
•4 green onions, chopped
•½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
•⅛ teaspoon hot sauce
•Sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Blend the peas, garlic, lime juice, and cumin in a food processor until smooth.
2.Transfer the mixture into a bowl and stir in the tomato, green onion, cilantro, and hot sauce. Add salt to taste.
3.Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, to allow the flavors to blend.
4.Serve With Lime chili tortilla chips
Chili Lime Tortillas
Ingredients
3 tablespoons avocado oil
juice of 1 ½ limes
½ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
10 (5-inch) white corn tortillas
½ teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
In a small bowl combine the avocado oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika.
Stack the tortillas and cut in them half. Then cut each half into 3 triangles, leaving you with 30 chips total.
Lay the tortilla pieces on 2 large baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Using a silicone brush, coat each side of all of the chips with the lime mixture.
Bake the chips for 15 minutes until they golden brown. Cool them for about 10 minutes and serve
